Accelerating Women in Leadership with Selina Millstam

In this exclusive video series in partnership with CoachHub, Selina Millstam (Vice President and Head of Talent Management at Ericsson) discusses accelerating women in leadership. This part considers the learning and development initiatives that she has seen that have helped with the development of women by focusing on training women and men together to improve their development, whilst also considering how we can accelerate the promotion of women, through mentorship and development programmes, to overcome the historic bias that has hampered them. Selina continues to look at where the innovative and creative ideas for these development programmes come from by understanding the ways in which people develop alongside the behavioural understanding of how individuals operate. In the second half, Selina considers how organisations like Selina's continued to drive learning and development during the pandemic in a work from home environment, focusing on the importance of working from home in bringing organisations into the future where work is assessed on an impact basis.
