Accelerating Women in Leadership with Vera Gramkow

In this session, in partnership with CoachHub, Vera Gramkow (Global Head of Talent, Engagement and Inclusion at DHL) discusses accelerating women in leadership. Vera considers the skills that are most important for women to be successful by focusing on what women leaders are often praised for, from empathy to multi-tasking, and by looking at how we assess leaders as a whole, emphasising the importance of holding everyone to the same standards and expectations. Vera continues to look at how her organisation has continued to develop their people and their leaders during the pandemic, focusing on the driver for female leaders, and the best ways Vera has experienced for engaging women in the leadership conversation continually, whilst forging mentorship and coaching programmes.
