Change Makers: Women in Technology

This is a point of inflection for women in technology. Never before has the technology ecosystem invested so heavily in attracting, retaining and engaging a more diverse workforce. Representation is beginning to take a positive angle, but there is still a wide gap when it comes to women in senior technology positions. We can no longer just inspire women to want to work in tech, we must provide them with the environment and, ultimately, the opportunities to act on their skills.
