The Silent Epidemic of Burnout

This episode is from our ERUPT Learning and Talent Conference which was hosted in September 2022. The conference focused on topics from developing emotional intelligence to creating a transparent future career. Our last panel concluded on topics surrounding burnout. Our amazing panel included  Nerissa Caesar, Reward and Wellbeing Specialist @ Westminster City Council and Steph Newton, Co Founder & CCO @ Ambr. The panel were asked what burnout feels like to them and whether it is a personal experience. Our panel also talk about organisations having a duty of care to support their employees and structurally creating work environments that reduce amounts of stress.
